Output file types

The EFT processing creates files for customer and bank communication.

Output files are electronically sent to a customer listing prenotification, final notification, and adjusted open items. Final notification of open items creates a direct debit or credit to the customer's bank account.

This list shows the types of output files:

• Bank file with payment header and detail data
