Select records

Select records are temporary cash application records that are used to group open items for payment. You can quickly correct applications if you discover an error. After the selection is complete, you can process the selected records using the same application form in Cash Application. Otherwise, the records are processed when running the Automatic Cash Application program. Once the selected records are processed, they become applied records which are then processed in Application Close.
