Adding disputed transactions
- Select Invoices.
 - On the Invoices tab, select an invoice record.
 - Select Actions > Create Dispute.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Dispute Amount
 - Specify a dispute amount.
 - Dispute Code
 - Select a dispute code.
 - Dispute Date
 - Select a dispute date.
 - Description
 - Optionally, provide a description.
 
 - Click Submit.
           
Disputed transactions are included in automatic cash application. You can also transfer a disputed transaction to another customer.
