Maintaining obligations for invoice detail records

Use this process if the set of invoice detail records' amounts or due dates must be maintained. This procedure is used to create a new set of invoice detail records from a created set of pending obligation records.
  1. Select Invoices.
  2. On the Invoices tab, open a Released invoice record.
  3. Select Actions > Create Receivable Invoice Pending Obligations.
  4. Access the created records through the conditional Pending Obligations panel.
  5. Optionally, change, add, or delete the Pending Invoice Detail Obligation record's amount and due date.
  6. Click Save.
