Transactions

In Receivables, transactions are defined as one of three types of documents: an invoice, a credit memo, or a debit memo.

You must create the transactions before payments can be applied. Transactions are typically interfaced from the Billing, Project Ledger, or Intercompany Billing solutions. Transactions can be interfaced from a non-Infor Financials system and can also be manually defined.

To create list view for Receivable Invoice and Receivable Invoice Detail records in the Invoices page panel set, select Executing Receivables > Administration > Utilities > Receivables Columnar Search List.
