AOC Search

Use this procedure to search for and perform actions on purchase order lines with add on charges.
  1. On Manage Purchase Orders, select the AOC Search tab.
  2. Use the search parameters to narrow results. You can leave the parameters blank and click Search to show the entire list of records.
  3. When applicable to the record, you can perform these actions on a purchase order with an add on charge:
    • Open the record to view
    • Cancel Purchase Order Add on Charge
