PO search

Use this procedure to search for and perform actions on purchase orders.
  1. On Manage Purchase Orders, select the PO Search tab.
  2. Use the search parameters to narrow results. You can leave the parameters blank and click Search to show the entire list of records.
  3. When applicable to the record, you can perform these actions on a purchase order:
    • Open a record to view
    • Create
    • Create from a Blanket contract
    • Create from another purchase order
    • Create from a Template
    • Quick create
    • Cancel
    • Release
    • Issue a draft
    • Issue a final
    • Resequence
    • Update
    • Delete
