Saving federal financial reports for multiple funding sources

Use this procedure to complete and save individual reports for a specified funding source group or for all eligible funding sources. The report is updated to the Submitted status. Reports that are submitted cannot be deleted.

  1. Select Federal Financial Reports
  2. Click Save Federal Financial Reports.
  3. Specify the Funding Source Group.

    Select a funding source group to create the reports. If a funding source group does not exist, then use Edit Mode to create one. Use any dimension on the finance dimension 2 business class to define a data group. We recommend that separate groups are created for IDM and non-IDM reports. To include all eligible funding sources, this field must be blank.

  4. Click Submit.
