Opening the mobile app in the phone browser

As an alternative to the Infor Go app, you can open Mobile on your phone browser.

  1. Access your mobile phone browser.
    • IOS: Safari/Google Chrome
    • Android: Google Chrome
  2. Access the URL for the server that you use.
    For example, https://csfsm-server.infor.com .
  3. Specify user credentials when prompted.
  4. Open the Infor LTR or Infor OS Portal application switcher by clicking the button on the upper left side of the screen.
  5. Select the Financials and Supply Management application from the app switcher. Ensure that you select the application that is enabled for 4.0 controls.
  6. home screen is loaded. You can choose the application to use.
