Generating the budget group obligation variance report

Generate this report to identify budget groups with mismatches between local and cube obligations and to resolve discrepancies in obligations to ensure accurate budget editing.

Select Budget Group Obligation Variance Report.

You can also run this report directly from the budget template.
Click Generate Variance
Specify this information:

Budget Scenario

Select a budget scenario. Only the budget scenarios with a Ready status are displayed and can be selected.

Budget Template

Select a budget template with a ready status. Only the budget templates with a Ready status are displayed and can be selected.
Click Submit.

A confirmation message is displayed. After submitting the report, cube refresh is automatically run to ensure that cube data is updated.
Click Refresh until the report is completed.
