Attaching documents to journal entries
        
         
          - Select . 
 
          - Open a journal entry. 
 
          - Select the Related Documents tab and click Create.
 
          - Specify this information:

              Document Id
             
 
             - 
              Specify the ID of the document.
             
 
             - 
              Document URL
             
 
             - 
              If the document is linked to a web page, then specify the document URL.
             
 
             - 
              File
             
 
             - 
              If the document is located on an accessible machine, then browse to the document and select it.

              Description
             
 
             - 
              Specify the description.
             
 
            
             
          - Click Save.
