Mass converting short and long term liability accounts for multiple companies

  1. Select Lease > Utilities.
  2. Click Start Conversion Process.
  3. Specify the schedule details of the report and click OK.
  4. Click Set The Liability Accounts and select the liability accounts for all the companies available.
  5. Click Run Conversion Process and specify this information:
    Conversion Date
    Specify the date for the conversion.
    Action Option
    Select if you only want a report or a report and an update.
  6. Click Submit or click Schedule to specify the schedule details of the report.
