Purging leases
- Select Lease Processing > Lease Purge.
- Specify this information:
- Action Option
- You can select to purge just the records or just the reports.
- Company
- Select the company.
- Purge Through Date
- Select the date for the purge.
- Status
- Select the status of the leases to be purged.
- Lease
- Select the lease to be purged.
- Lessor
- Select the lessor.
- Classification
- Select the lease classification.
- Lease Type
- Select the lease type.
- Click Submit.
