Processing trial items
- When all reviewers have responded, the coordinator can click Approve Proposed Items Pending Trial.
 - Click Create Trial Requisitions.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Proposed Items
 - Specify the proposed items.
 - Trial Quantity
 - Specify the trial quantity
 - Unit Of Measure
 - Specify the unit of measure.
 
 - Create companies and locations for the requisition.
 - After at least one Item, Company, and Location, the Create Requisitions from Item Proposal Trial screen is displayed.
 - Select a Requested Delivery Date.
 - Optionally, select the No Charge Items check box to create requisition lines as no charge items.
 - Optionally, select the Release Requisitions check box to release the requisitions that are created.
 - Click Submit.
 - When the action is run, one requisition is created for each company and location record. The company and location are no longer displayed on the selection list. A new list with all companies and locations with requisitions created is displayed.
 - Click All Trial Requisitions Created.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Trial End Date
 - Specify a trial end date.
 - Number Of Days After Trial End Date That Reviews Are Due
 - Specify a number of days. The review due date is updated to the trial end date plus the number of days specified.
 
 - Click Submit. The trial end date shows on the item proposal.
           
Optionally, when a new item proposal is in the trial process, you can update the trial end date.
You can also cancel the trial. When you cancel a trial, the status of both the new item proposal and the reviewer records are returned to a proposed status. A decision must be made to Approve or Reject. Cancel Trial is used to delete or cancel any associated Requisitions and Purchase Orders where possible.
