Strategic Sourcing templates
Document Output Management is used in Strategic Sourcing to generate output documents.
Sign in as Application Administration. The Use IDM For Bid Tabulation And Award Details Reports check box is available on the supplier group. Select Sourcing > Supplier Groups > General > Event Processing Options. Assign IDM templates in the event types.
This table shows the locations of templates to use when setting up IDM templates.

Note: For award details reports, if an IDM template is not defined, the reports are not created. For bid tabulation reports, if an IDM template is not defined, non-IDM reports are created.
