Enabling configuration attributes update

Use this procedure to automate the update of the attributes when a manually attached IDM document is released.

  1. Select Application Administration > Shared and click the Document Management tab.
  2. On the IDM pane, click IDM Configuration.
  3. Open or create a record.
  4. On the Options tab, in the Attributes section, select the applicable check boxes:
    • Update Journal Entries Attributes
    • Update Payables Invoice Attributes
    • Update Purchase Order Attributes
    • Update Requisition Attributes
    • Update Contract Attributes
  5. Click Save.
