Use this procedure to consolidate the remittance advice into a single file when sending emails:
Select Cash > Administration.
On the Payment pane, click Cash Payment Formats and open a record.
Select IDM Output File in the Payment Format field.
On the Remittance Options tab, select Overflow Document or Separate Remittance in the Remittance Option field.
Select the Consolidate Remittance Advice by Vendor check box.
The remittance advice is consolidated into a single file when emailing the document to the vendor. This option helps reduce the number of emails received by the vendor.
Note: By default, each email to the vendor contains a consolidated file with up to 250 payment output details. When this limit is reached, the next batch of 250 details is sent in a separate email.
