Deleting additional attributes

  1. Select Application Administration > Shared and click the Document Management tab.
  2. On the IDM pane, click IDM Configuration.
  3. Open or create a record.
  4. On the Additional Attributes tab, open a record.
  5. Delete the attribute from IDM:
    1. Access the IDM Control Center.
    2. Search for the document type that is used for the attribute.
    3. On the Attributes tab, delete the attribute.

    If you do not delete the attribute from IDM first, an error message is displayed.

  6. In the Lines section, select the attribute and click Delete.
