Including IDM templates in tenant refresh

Use this procedure to copy IDM templates from one tenant to another.

  1. Select Application Administration > Shared and click the Document Management tab.
  2. On the IDM pane, click IDM Configuration.
  3. Open or create a record.
  4. On the Options tab, in the Templates section:
    1. For newly created IDM configuration records, IDM templates are included by default during a tenant refresh.
    2. For existing IDM configuration records, users must perform the Turn On Include Templates In Tenant Refresh action to include their IDM Templates during a tenant refresh.
  5. The message, "Templates are included in tenant refresh" is displayed. The templates are stored in FSM and copied to the new tenant.
