Rich text for output documents

You can enable rich text format for your output documents. Formatted texts from FSM are reflected on the generated output document. This list shows the supported output documents:

  • Contract document and contract redline document
  • Contract addendum document
  • Purchase order

Prerequisites

This list shows the prerequisites to enabling rich text:

  1. Update a document template and insert fields as rich text. For FSM templates, plain text is the default.

  2. Update the IDM template record and select the Use Rich Text check box.

  3. Select the Use Html check box for your IDM Template. You can verify it in IDM Template> IDM Word Plugin > Settings > Document Properties.
