Order entry daily shipment journal configuration

The account name of the user who generated an output document is displayed in IDM in the Created By and Modified By fields. To change this default setting, you can open a record in IDM Configuration and enable a generic user to be displayed. This setup is intended for users who use IDM document generation in their IPA flow.

Note: Currently, order entry daily shipment journal is the only document for which this feature can be enabled.

After the generic user setting is enabled and the order entry daily shipment journal is generated, FSM.IDM-User FSM.IDM-User is displayed in the Created By and Modified By fields in IDM.
