Asset | Asset Book performance upgrade | An action is enabled to update the new company field on all asset book records with the related asset company. This will improve the performance of month end processing jobs. |
Assets, Contracts, Inventory, Matching, Projects, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables | Consolidated WebApps Phase I | A consolidated web application for each module is available to all roles that have access to these modules. |
Billing, Cash, Cash and Treasury, Close, Contracts, EDI, Franchise, Global Ledger, Intercompany Billing, Recall, Reconciliation, Student Activities | Consolidated Webapps Phase 2 | A consolidated web application for each module is available to all roles with access to the module, minimizing the need to switch between webapps. |
All | File Creation Utility Performance Improvements | Improves performance of file generation. The error handling features do not work with the new generation framework. If error handling is enabled for a setup while this feature is enabled, the performance does not change. |
Analytics | Analytics Console - Traceability | The traceability function in the Analytics Console is available to compare the FSM application, Data Lake, and Birst Analytics. Currently, supports tracing a limited set of fields. To be an early adopter, create a Service Now ticket. |
All | Consolidated Webapps Phase 3 | A consolidated web application for each module. Can be shared by all roles with access to the module. Administrator and Kitchen Management. |
Administration Console, Security Administration | Administration Console Menu Consolidation | Streamlined Administration Console menu and top tier page navigation. A separation between Administration Console and Security Administration because the security related menu items are removed from Administration Console. Webapps are located in Security Administration. |
Contracts Inventory, Purchase Order | Hide Unconsolidated Webapps | Hides legacy web applications that were consolidated in Consolidated Webapps Phase 1, 2, and 3. |
Security | Configurable Features | Configurable Features allow security administrators to control 30+ user interface features on a role-by-role basis. You can enable or disable features, such as Saved Searches, View Deleted Records, Share Reports, Export to CSV, Spreadsheet Designer access, and many more. |
All | Simplify Options Menu | Categorizes as well and elevates items in the Options menu. When this is set to true the Options menu will disappear and be replaced with Export, Reports Personalize, and Audit, as appropriate. |
Allocation | RSS LPL Allocation Priority Level | The Priority field in RSS LPL is converted to a select field. Values are defined
in the Allocation Priority Level business class. A button is available on the main pane of the Item Group business class. The RSS Set Allocation Priority Level button is available to create a record in the Allocation Priority Level business class with a value of 50 and a Description of Normal. |
All | Report Catalog | A home for all operational reporting. This catalog contains all operational
reports that are available to a user. The catalog is keyword searchable and filterable
by categories that are intuitive to your users. Tag favorite operational reports with a star and access them on the Favorites tab in the catalog. The existing Print Files list of files is available in the Report Catalog on the Print Files tab. |
Billing, Lease, Order Entry, Receivables, Warehouse, Work Order | Redesigned App Navigation Menu - External | A simplified menu for external web apps. This phase includes Billing and Receivable Portal and sourcing. |
Optimize Raw Web Service Performance - /soap/classes | Remove the result set count query and calculation and give your raw web service
APIs a boost. Any consumers of these types of web services that were expecting or processing the _count field in the response payload would be affected. If required, you can add the _omitCountValue=false URL param to the call or calls that require _count so you can continue to get your _count value. |
