Updating customer representative email addresses, versions released June 2022 or later
Use this procedure to update the email address of a customer representative contact in versions June 2022 or later. Infor Federation Services (IFS) External Entity Management is used for the registration, authentication, and authorization of customer representative contacts in the Billing and Receivables Portal. This procedure applies to new tenants and to existing tenants that were migrated to use IFS External Entity Management.
