Creating contract sales-based sliding scale charges

  1. Select Financials > Franchise Billing > Setup Franchise Billing.
  2. On the Standard Charges tab, open a sales charge.
  3. Click Drill Around and select Sliding Scale.
  4. Specify this information:
    Scale Option
    Select the option by which to compute the charge based on the sliding scale.
    Step Limits
    Specify the step limits and charge percentage rates of the scale-based charges.
  5. Click Save.
