Creating rate details

  1. Select Financials > Asset Accounting > Asset System Setup > Asset Types.
  2. Select a company record.
  3. On the Class Depreciation Rates tab, select a rate record.
  4. On the Rate Details tab, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Asset Type And SubType
    Specify an asset type or subtype.
    Company
    Select a company number.
    Class Posting Dimensions
    Specify an account information on class posting dimensions.
    Depreciation Rate
    For each type that represents an asset class, specify the rate that is assigned by the local Public Utility Commission (PUC).
  6. Click Save.
