Asset groups

Asset groups are categories of assets that you can use to reference, process, or simultaneously report on several assets. To group certain assets for reporting purposes, you can assign an asset group to them.

The Assets tab shows all of the assets in the group and their values.

For example, some assets are related but depreciate over different lives:

Asset Group = BLDG (building)
