Enable SDQ location lookup: L1_O_LOOKUP_SDQ03

Usage
Use this record to enable a lookup of the SDQ03 To provide more information or a vendor specific value. The third element of the SDQ segment (SDQ03) is used to send a location identifier. The default value is the requesting location from a Requesting Location record. If there is no line requesting location, the shipto location is mapped to SDQ03.
