Cleaning up consolidated item level master data

Use this procedure to remove records that qualify for removal and set the appropriate fields to No for records that must remain in Consolidated Item Level Master Data. This process removes records that are inactive or deleted and are imported to Clinical Bridge.

  1. Select Processing And Reporting.
  2. On the Consolidated Item Level Master Data and Clinical Information pane, click Clean Up Consolidated Item Level Master Data.
  3. Specify this information:
    Contract Group
    Select the contract group to clean up records for.
    Clean Up Records With An Update Date On Or Before This Date
    Select a date to clean up records that were last updated on or before this date.
  4. Click Submit.
