Consolidated item level master data

Information is consolidated from various sources to create Consolidated Item Level Master Data and location records.

You can select the Clinical System Use field to include a record in the Consolidated Item Level Master Data. All item and contract line records that have the same Manufacturer Code or Division and Manufacturer Number are combined into a single Consolidated Item Level Master Data record. These records and locations are used by Clinical Bridge to pass to clinical systems, such as Epic and Cerner.

The data can be used by third parties, such as GHX and Symmetric Health Solutions, for updating Master Data attributes. The data can also be used for information purposes when looking for common information across items and contract lines.
