Creating locations for clinical use

  1. Open a contract that is enabled for clinical use.
  2. Click Manage Clinical Information.
  3. Click Create Locations For Clinical Use.
  4. Specify this information:
    From Participant Group
    Select a participant group to create contract locations based on the selected group's definitions. A record is created, showing that the participant group is associated to the contract. This record is available on the Participant Groups tab of the Clinical Contract Maintenance page.
    Create Locations As Line Level
    Select this check box to create contract locations at line level.
  5. Click Submit.
