Employee contract access

You can use the employee contract access dashboard to view the list of employees in your suite. You can search for an individual employee be their name through the search bar.

When you select an employee, these actions are available:

• Open
• Search
• Create Buyer For Employee
• Create Contract Evaluator And Approver For Employee
• Create Distribution Clerk For Employee
• Create Finance Resource For Employee
• Create Inventory Intelligence Processor For Employee
• Create Procurement Card User For Employee
• Create Project Employee
• Create Recall User For Employee
• Create Requester For Employee
• Update Login

This table shows the available tabs for an employee:

Tab	Description
Main	Shows the list of contracts with additional security access and the contract classifications that are assigned
Contracts With Access	Shows the list of contracts that the employee can access
Contracts Without Access	Shows the list of contracts that the employee cannot access
