Enabling clinical reporting for multiple contracts

  1. Select Contracts > Processing And Reporting.
  2. On the Consolidated Item Level Master Data and Clinical Information pane, click Enable Contracts For Clinical Use.
  3. Specify this information:
    Contract Group
    Select the contract group to simultaneously enable contracts for clinical reporting.
    Manufacturer Contracts
    Select this check box to enable manufacturer contracts for clinical reporting.
    Contract Classification
    Select a contract classification in which contracts are enabled for clinical reporting.
    Supplier
    Select a supplier for which contracts are enabled for clinical reporting.
    Set Lines To Clinical Use
    Select All Special Items to enable clinical use for all special lines. Otherwise, select None.
    Set Classification To Default For Clinical Use
    Select this check box to enable for clinical use the contract classification that you selected.
    Set Classification To Show Healthcare Information
    Select this check box for the contract classification that you selected to show healthcare information.
    Locations To Create For Company Only Values
    Select Inventory Location Only, Requesting Location Only, or Both as the location type for contract location records to be automatically created. Otherwise, select None.
  4. Click Submit.
