Lists for data cleanup

Use this information to fix issues in records for consolidated item level master data:

• These search options are available on the Item Cleanup list to find item records to clean up:
  • Items with locations that are not for clinical use
  • Items without any contracts
  • Items without complete manufacturer information that are for clinical use
  • Items without any locations
  • Items that are not for clinical use but are associated with clinical contracts
• The Duplicate Manufacturer Information list shows Item Master records where two different active records contain identical manufacturer information. Several actions are available to resolve this issue.
• The Mismatched Manufacturer Information list shows Item Master records where the manufacturer information on the item is different than manufacturer information on GTIN, vendor item, or item location. To fix the mismatched records, run the Sync Item Information action.
