Creating an attribute update record

Select Contracts > Processing And Reporting.
On the Attribute Updates And Line Changes pane, click To Process.
Click the ellipsis and click Create.
Specify this information:

Contract Group

Select the contract group for which to update attributes.

Contract

Select a contract to apply the attribute changes.

Contract Line

Select the specific line within the contract for which attributes are being updated.

Internal Item Number

Select the internal item number associated with the contract.

Internal Supplier

Select the internal supplier linked to the contract.

Vendor Item Identifier

Specify the identifier used by the vendor for the item.

Manufacturer Code

Specify the code assigned by the manufacturer for the item.

Manufacturer Division

Specify the division of the manufacturer related to the item.

Manufacturer Part Number Identifier

Specify the part number identifier given by the manufacturer.

External Contract Number

Specify the external contract number connected to the item.

Manufacturer ID

Specify the identification number of the manufacturer.

Vendor ID

Specify the identification number of the vendor.

Description

Provide a brief description of the item.

Description 2

Provide an additional description for the item if necessary.

Long Description

Provide a detailed description of the item.

UOM

Select the unit of measure applicable to the item.

UOM Conversion

Specify the conversion factor for the unit of measure.

GTIN

Select the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) relevant to the item.

Low UOM Code GTIN

Select the GTIN for the low unit of measure code.

UPC

Select the Universal Product Code (UPC) for the item.

HIBCC-DI

Select the Health Industry Business Communications Council (HIBCC) Device Identifier for the item.

Low UOM Code HIBCC-DI

Select the HIBCC-DI for the low unit of measure code.

UCC / EAN UPN

Select the Uniform Code Council / European Article Number Universal Product Number (UCC/EAN UPN) for the item.

National Drug Code

Select the National Drug Code (NDC) for pharmaceutical items.

Commodity Code

Select the commodity code applicable to the item.

UNSPSC

Specify the United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC) for the item.

UNSPSC Segment Title

Specify the title of the UNSPSC segment.

UNSPSC Family Title

Specify the title of the UNSPSC family.

UNSPSC Class Title

Specify the title of the UNSPSC class.

UNSPSC Commodity Title

Specify the title of the UNSPSC commodity.

UNSPSC Segment Definition

Specify the definition of the UNSPSC segment.

UNSPSC Family Definition

Specify the definition of the UNSPSC family.

UNSPSC Class Definition

Specify the definition of the UNSPSC class.

UNSPSC Commodity Definition

Specify the definition of the UNSPSC commodity.

Charge Number

Specify the charge number associated with the item.

Latex

Select the latex status of the item from these options: Unspecified, Package Indicates Latex, Latex Free, or Not Applicable.

HCPCS Number

Specify the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) number for the item.

HCPCS Sequence

Specify the sequence for the HCPCS code.

Remove HCPCS

Select this check box to remove the HCPCS information from the item.

HIBCC-LIC

Specify the HIBCC Labeler Identification Code (LIC) associated with the item.

GMDN Term Code

Specify the Global Medical Device Nomenclature (GMDN) term code for the item.

Sterile

Select the sterility status of the item from these options: Not Changed, Set To True, or Set To False.

Single Use

Select the single-use status of the item from these options: Not Changed, Set To True, or Set To False.

Reusable

Select the reusability status of the item from these options: Not Changed, Set To True, or Set To False.

Reprocessed

Select the reprocessing status of the item from these options: Not Changed, Set To True, or Set To False.

Implantable

Select the implantable status of the item from these options: Not Changed, Set To True, or Set To False.

Pharmaceutical

Select the pharmaceutical status of the item from these options: Not Changed, Set To True, or Set To False.

Dressing

Select the dressing status of the item from these options: Not Changed, Set To True, or Set To False.
Click Save.
