Adding contacts to contracts

Use this procedure to define a list of people you commonly work with when creating a contract. You have the option of creating an ad hoc contact person or you can create a contact from an existing employee record.
  1. Select Contracts.
  2. Select a contract.
  3. On the Contacts tab, click Create Ad Hoc Contact, Create Contact From Employee, or Create Contact From Employee With Access.
    Note: The Create Contact From Employee With Access button is only available to administrators with the ContractAccessAdministrator_ST role.
  4. Specify the contact details.
  5. Click Save.
