Setting up a service definition to request a custodial account

  1. Sign in as Process Server Administrator.
  2. Select Configuration > Service Definitions.
  3. Open the RequestNewCustodialRecord service definition.
  4. On the Service Process Definitions pane, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Process Definition
    Select the RequestNewCustodialRecord process definition.
    Service Process Is Enabled
    Verify that this check box is selected.
  6. Click Save.
