Creating emails
To add emails to a customer group, the customer group must be set up in Billing and Receivables Portal.
- Select Financials > Receivables > Setup > Customer Group.
 - Open a customer group.
 - Click Portal Emails.
 - In the Internal Email Addresses section, specify this information:
           
- Send Access Request Email Messages To:
 - Specify an internal email address to which Billing and Receivables Portal access requests will be sent.
 - Send Email Messages From:
 - Specify an internal email address from which Billing and Receivables Portal related notifications will be sent.
 
 - In the Customer Access Request section, specify this information:
           
- Send Email To Customers Who Did Not Initiate Portal Access Themselves
 - Select this check box to send customer access request emails to customers who did not initiate portal access themselves.
 - Access Request Email Subject
 - Specify a subject for customer access request emails.
 - Access Request Email Content
 - Specify the content for customer access request emails.
 
 - In the Customer Validation Confirmation section, specify this information:
           
- New Validation Email Subject
 - Specify a subject for new customer validation confirmation emails.
 - New Validation Email Content
 - Specify the content for new customer validation confirmation emails.
 
 - In the Notify New Primary Contact section, specify this information:
           
- Send Email
 - Select this check box to notify a customer when they are the new primary contact for their company.
 - Email Subject
 - Specify a subject for new primary contact notification emails.
 - Email Content
 - Specify the content for new primary contact notification emails.
 
 - In the Notify Old Primary Contact section, specify this information:
           
- Send Email
 - Select this check box to notify a customer when they are no longer the primary contact for their company.
 - Email Subject
 - Specify a subject for old primary contact notification emails.
 - Email Content
 - Specify the content for old primary contact notification emails.
 
 - In the Forgot User Name section, specify this information:
           
- Forgot Username Email Subject
 - Specify a subject for forgotten user name emails.
 - Forgot Username Email Content
 - Specify the content for forgotten user name emails.
 
 - In the Password Reset section, specify this information:
           
- Password Reset Email Subject
 - Specify a subject for password reset emails.
 - Password Reset Email Content
 - Specify the content for password reset emails.
 
 - Click Save.
