Setting up the portal
        
         
          - Select .
 
          - Open a customer group.
 
          - On the Main tab, in the Rules section, select the Use Billing Receivables Portal check box. The portal setup tabs are displayed.
 
          - On the Portal Setup tab, specify this information:

              Terms And Conditions
             
 
             - 
              Specify the terms and conditions that customer representatives must agree to before they can register to use the Billing and Receivables Portal. The terms and conditions are displayed when a customer representative opens the registration link.
             
 
             - 
              Tax ID Format
             
 
             - 
              Select the format of the tax ID that is entered during portal registration. The tax ID is used to help match the company customer to the customer representative. A tax ID with no delimiter must be nine digits. The tax ID format with a delimiter is nn-nnnnnnn. The social security number format is nnn-nn-nnnn.

              Email Help Link
             
 
             - 
              Optionally, specify an email help link such as http://www.gmail.com. The link is provided on the portal so that customers can set up a new email address.

              Terms And Conditions

              Specify a message that shows on the Terms And Conditions tab during the request access process.

              Contact Information

              Specify a message that shows on the Contact Information tab during the request access process.
