Releasing asset repairs

  1. Select Asset Repair Interface.
  2. In the Selections Options section, specify this information:
    Source
    Select the source repair.
    Release
    Select Yes to release the processes.
    Vendor
    Select the vendor.
    Repair Record
    Select the repair record.
    Asset Project
    Select the asset project.
    Asset
    Select the asset that is associated with the repair.
    Tag
    Select the tag that is associated with the repair.
    Asset Group
    Select the asset group.
  3. In the Output Options section, specify the way in which output totals are printed:
    Location
    Select Yes if the output totals are printed by location.
    Division
    Select Yes if the output totals are printed by division.
    Type, Sub
    Select Yes to print the output totals by type and subtype.
    Asset Group
    Select Yes if the output totals are printed by asset group.
    Asset
    Select Yes if the output totals are printed by asset.
  4. In the Report Distribution section, select a distribution list and export type for Asset Repair Release Report.
  5. Click Submit.
