Configuring the Financial Reporting Home dashboard

You must configure the Financial Reporting Home dashboard before you can use the new reports. To do this, select Financial Reporting > Dashboards > GL Financial Reporting > Financial Reporting Home.

In Required Reporting Selections, select the parameters which are applicable to all reports.
1. Specify this information:
  
  Finance Enterprise Group
  
  Specify the finance enterprise group.
  
  Reporting Basis
  
  Specify the reporting basis.
  
  Calendar Period
  
  Select a calendar period.
  
  Actual Scenario
  
  Select an actual scenario.
  
  Budget Scenario
  
  Select a budget scenario.
  
  Commitment Scenario
  
  Select a commitment scenario.
2. To configure additional dimensions, click the pencil icon. Select the dimension check boxes and click OK.
  The dimensions you selected are added to the report context parameters or displayed in the selected report.
In Select Report, select and click any of the report available in the list. This automatically displays the reports selected.
For easy access, reports are organized into tabs such as Core Financial Statements, Service Industries (General and Projects), Healthcare, Public Sector, and Banking.
In View Your Favorite, you can view and click a report on the list. This automatically displays the report selected.

Note: You can create your own Favorites when running a report by enabling it.

Click the pencil icon to modify the report name and description of the report. The Delete button is available to remove a report from the Favorites.
