Accessing the overview
Each section of the dashboard provides an overview of a selected report.
- Select My Reports > Report Designer.
- On the Overview tab, select a report.
This table shows descriptions of the sections on the dashboard:
Section Description Report Summary The report shows report ID, title, description, report created, updated by, names of row and column, status, date and time. You can add or remove a report from favorites. The replication refresh date is the date and time that is populated that indicates the last time a replication set had completed refreshing or was run.
Note: When the replication set is running, the status Replication is Running is shown and the Run Report is grayed out until the replication set has completed.Associated Groups View all reports that are associated with a specific report grouping for this user. Row Dimension Detail View the rows. Double-click a row to view the details. Column Definition View the columns. Double-click a column to view the details. Report Selection View the selection criteria for the report. Report Parameters View the output parameters by report users when the report is run. Composite Subreports View all active subreports after a composite is created. - To add a report to your favorites, select a report and click the ellipsis button. Then, select Add To Favorites or Remove From Favorites.
- Select the filter for My Favorites.
Select Yes to view all of your favorite reports.
