Tenant data refresh

After completing a data copy from another tenant, FSM Analytics must also be refreshed to reflect the new set of data copied into the tenant. For example, when FSM data is copied from PRD to TST tenant.

Perform these steps to refresh data for FSM Analytics:

  1. Purge data in Data Lake.
  2. Run the Update ION Schemas Workflow.
  3. Run the Data Flow to Analytics Full Load Workflow.
