Creating backups of the spaces

  1. In Infor Birst, rest your mouse pointer on the space name.
  2. Click the arrow down and select Duplicate.
  3. On the Duplicate Space Confirmation dialog, specify a new space name and click Duplicate.
    We recommend that you name the newly copied space similar to this format: ZZZBackup-SpaceName-Version-CurrentDate.
    Note: When you copy tenant spaces, space data is copied if data is present.
