Creating and running the Extract and Process workflow

  1. In Infor OS Portal, select Infor Birst.
  2. Select Admin > Orchestration.
  3. Click More Actions > Workflow.
  4. Set the name to CSF – Coleman Extract and Process.
  5. In Step 1, click Add task to step.
    1. Select Extract as the task type.
    2. Select CSF Infor Data Lake as the connection.
    3. Select <Tenant>-CSF-Model-Coleman as the space.
    4. Set Variable Value ( for example, 2022-01-01 ).
      This value is equal to the last reset timestamp in the application.
  6. In Step 2, click Add task to step.
    1. Select Publish as the task type.
    2. Select <01-Extract..> as the extract file.
    3. Select <Tenant>-CSF-Model-Coleman as the space.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Run the workflow.
    1. Select the workflow you created.
    2. Click Actions > Run Workflow.
