Kitchen order dashboard

Kitchen orders are displayed on the kitchen order dashboard with various statuses. You can view recipe items that have been requested by location and by recipe to help you plan kitchen orders. For example, if a batch of spaghetti sauce is requested by four separate locations, then you can view all four requests and create one kitchen order.

This table shows the tabs on the dashboard.

Tab	Description
Dashboard	View kitchen orders: Open Kitchen Orders: Kitchen orders that are created but are not being prepared. You can change these kitchen orders. Preparing Kitchen Orders: Kitchen orders that are being prepared. You cannot change these kitchen orders. Open Requisitions: Open requisitions that include line items for recipe items. Completed Kitchen Orders: Kitchen orders that are completed and received into inventory. These completed kitchen order items are received into inventory and can be requested using the requisitions process.
Demands by Requesting Location	View recipe items that have been requested. The items are sorted by requesting location so that you can view the total demand for each location.
Demands by Recipe	View recipe items that have been requested. The items are sorted by recipe item so that you can view the total demand for each recipe.
Requests and Orders Monitoring	View all recipe items that are created. Requests for each item are displayed as open demands. Existing inventory amounts are also displayed so that you can determine whether current inventory is sufficient for the request.
