Purging work orders
- Select Create Processing Reports > Warehouse Work Order Purge.

Specify this information:
- Location
- Select a valid stock location. This location is also the production facility where finished goods are produced.
- Cutoff Date
- Specify the cutoff date of work orders. Work orders with
a production end date that is less than or equal to this cutoff date are purged.
You can specify a cutoff date or the number of days, but not both. If you specify both dates, then the Cutoff Date field is used.
- Number of Days
- This field and the Delete Detail Only field can be used to define a
cutoff date for work orders.
- Select Add days to add a specific number of working days from the current date.
- Select Subtract days to subtract a specific number of working days from the current date.
- Delete Detail Only
- Select Yes to delete work order details for detail-tracked items on work orders. Select No to delete all information for the selected work orders.
- Archive Records
- Select Yes to archive work order information into flat files.
- Update Option
- Select whether to update work order information in the report and archive or to update and purge the records.
- Select the distribution group for the report.
- Click Submit.
