Employee records for FSM actors
Financials & Supply Management actors must have an employee record in HR Talent. This is also true for customers who do not use the HR Talent product.
The instructions in this section describe how to manually add the employee. An employee record is required if FSM is deployed on-premises, or in a single-tenant Cloud, and if user BODs are not configured and you do not plan to use them.

Note: In multi-tenant Cloud, user BODs are
required.
