General access error messages

If an error occurs when a user attempts to use BIFSM drillbacks in a report, the first step is to verify that drillbacks are enabled.

  1. Sign in as Financial Administrator..
  2. From Infor Ming.le or Infor OS Portal site content, navigate to Application Views. If the URL is not correct for a report, contact your Infor Cloud Ops representatives for assistance.
