Inquiring on tax transactions

Use Tax Transactions to receive this information about tax transactions:
  • Vendor or customer numbers
  • Invoice numbers and amounts
  • Taxable amounts of transactions and tax amounts
  • Origin of transactions
  • Updated general ledger accounts

You cannot change information on application-generated transactions using Tax Transactions.

  1. Select Financials > Payables > Payables Processing > Process Tax Documents > Tax Transactions.
  2. Select a tax transaction.
  3. Select one of these tabs for more information:
    Tab Description
    Invoice Information Invoice numbers and amounts, tax amounts, and tax point dates
    System Information The Infor application from which the transaction originated and the process level that is assigned
    Posting Information Global Ledger accounts and posting dates

    The tax period and tax year are populated after you run the Value Added Tax Return Report.

  4. Click Save.

    To print tax transactions that you created manually, select Tax Transaction List.
