Notifying suppliers of unsubmitted and missing responses
- Sign in as Application Administrator.
- Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Utilities > Supplier Utilities > Notify Suppliers of Unsubmitted and Missing Responses .
- Specify this information:
- Sourcing Group
- Select a sourcing group.
- All Unsubmitted Responses
- Select this check box to notify suppliers of their unsubmitted responses.
- Enter number of days before close date to notify
- Provide the number of days before the event close date that an email alert is sent.
- Suppliers Who Were Notified But Have Not Created Responses
- For events with close dates, select this check box to send an email to suppliers who have not submitted a response.
- Enter number of days since release of event to notify
- Provide the number of days after an event is released that an email is sent.
- Suppliers Who Were Notified But Have Not Created Responses
- Select this check box to send an email to suppliers who have not submitted a response.
- Click Submit.
